Political Scientist, Historian (born 1964)

After studying Political Science and History in Duisburg and Hamburg, Dr. Schmid completed his PhD on the historical culture of the FRG. He has been active in a variety of academic and political-pedagogical fields, has worked as a university lecturer, and has imparted historico-political knowledge in museums, exhibitions and public relations. He has also conceived political education seminars, been involved in a diverse range of book projects, and written for a variety of daily and weekly newspapers.
